Using this website

Tiny Beens provides an online storefront for browsing products and, when online sellability is enabled for an item, submitting an order for delivery in South Africa. Product information, prices and availability can change as the catalogue is reviewed.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are shown in South African rand and are controlled by the Tiny Beens catalogue and checkout server. A product can be visible for browsing without being available for checkout. An order becomes a pending order only after the checkout server accepts the current product, variant, price and delivery information.

Submitting a pending order does not guarantee stock. Tiny Beens will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and will deal with any required refund or remedy in line with applicable law.

Payment

Payment is processed through the configured Yoco checkout flow. Tiny Beens does not ask you to send card details by WhatsApp or email. A payment is only treated as confirmed after the payment provider and Tiny Beens payment records agree.

Delivery

Standard delivery is R89 per order. If items are fulfilled from different locations, one Tiny Beens order may arrive in more than one parcel. Tiny Beens manages the separate deliveries, may provide more than one tracking reference, and you will not be charged another delivery fee after checkout. Delivery is expected within 1 to 3 business days on main routes; up to 5 business days for regional and outlying areas. Timing starts once your order is confirmed and processed through the Tiny Beens order lifecycle.

Returns and statutory rights

The Returns & Refunds page explains the current process for cooling-off requests, defective goods and other order problems. These terms do not contract out of rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable law.

Cancellations, defective goods and complaints

Contact hello@tinybeens.co.za or WhatsApp support to request a cancellation before fulfilment where possible. If goods are defective, wrong, damaged or missing, include your order number and a description of the problem so Tiny Beens can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Complaints are reviewed against the order record and applicable consumer law. The Returns & Refunds page describes the customer-facing process without narrowing statutory rights.

Privacy and governing law

The Privacy Policy explains how customer, order, support and newsletter information is used. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.

HELLO50 first-order offer

• HELLO50 gives R50 off (5,000 cents) the merchandise subtotal of a first Tiny Beens order.
• The code is for one first order only and is limited to one redemption per customer and email address.
• There is no minimum merchandise spend. The discount is capped at the merchandise subtotal and cannot create a negative subtotal.
• The discount applies to merchandise only. It does not reduce the R89 delivery charge, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be paid out as cash.
• Only one promotion may be applied to an order unless the checkout architecture explicitly permits a stricter rule.
• The offer has no expiry date stated in these terms. Any future change will be communicated before it is applied to a qualifying order.
