R89 delivery. Once per order.

The delivery charge

Tiny Beens charges R89 per order for standard delivery. This is the one order-level customer charge, regardless of how many locations fulfil the order.

If items are fulfilled from different locations, one Tiny Beens order may arrive in more than one parcel. Tiny Beens manages the separate deliveries, may provide more than one tracking reference, and you will not be charged another delivery fee after checkout.

Who manages delivery?

Tiny Beens manages the customer-facing order and courier arrangements. Products may be fulfilled from more than one location, but the customer still pays only one delivery charge.

Where a tracking reference is available, it will be shown on the order page. Please keep your order number available when emailing hello@tinybeens.co.za or contacting WhatsApp support.

Your delivery details

• Please check that your name, phone number, address, suburb, city and postal code are correct before submitting an order.
• If a courier needs more information, Tiny Beens may contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
• A change of address after dispatch may not be possible and can cause delay or additional handling outside Tiny Beens’ control.

Timing and delays

Delivery is expected within 1 to 3 business days on main routes; up to 5 business days for regional and outlying areas. Timing starts once your order is confirmed and processed through the Tiny Beens order lifecycle. These are customer expectations, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Courier delays, service interruptions and events outside a party’s reasonable control can affect delivery. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable South African consumer law.

Problems with delivery

If a parcel is late, damaged, wrong or missing, contact Tiny Beens as soon as reasonably possible at hello@tinybeens.co.za, on WhatsApp at +27 79 653 8446 or through the Contact page. We will review the order and work through the appropriate resolution without taking away statutory rights.
