Returns & refunds
Something not quite right? Start here for how Tiny Beens handles returns and refunds.

Cooling-off rights
Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 applies to the transaction, you may have a seven-day cooling-off right after receiving the goods. If you use that right, Tiny Beens will explain the return process and refund the qualifying amount as required by law.
The direct cost of returning goods under a cooling-off right is dealt with as the Act provides. We do not make packaging or original-condition requirements that narrow a statutory right.
Faulty goods and the Consumer Protection Act
The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 can provide a six-month implied warranty for goods that fail to meet the required standards. Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement or a refund. Nothing on this page removes or reduces those rights.
Wrong, damaged or missing items
Tell Tiny Beens as soon as reasonably possible if an item is wrong, damaged in transit or missing from an order. Include your order number and a short description of the problem; photographs can help us investigate damage. We will review the order and propose the appropriate statutory or commercial resolution.
How to start a return or refund request
- Email hello@tinybeens.co.za, contact Tiny Beens on WhatsApp at +27 79 653 8446 or use the Contact page.
- Provide your order number, the item involved and the reason for the request.
- Follow the return instructions supplied for that order. Do not send goods to any address unless Tiny Beens has confirmed it in writing.
- Refunds are handled after the return or investigation is complete, subject to the applicable legal right and the payment provider’s processing steps.
No blanket no-returns rule
Tiny Beens does not apply a blanket “no returns” rule. Any limitation must be consistent with the applicable consumer law and the facts of the individual request.
This information is written in plain English for Tiny Beens customers and does not replace the rights provided by applicable South African law.
